What an easy way to get rid of tired and no longer wanted work tops without the chaos. Just pop the new ones on top of the old. From the first visit when the biggest challenge was to make a decision about which worktop and sink to choose, through the surveyor’s visit to the installation itself, all ran smoothly. The worktops arrived the day before and all the waste was taken away a couple of days later. The day of installation was incredibly wet and windy - but the installer came prepared with an outdoor shelter and made the minimum of mess in terrible conditions. We are very pleased and would certainly recommend this as an easy solution to brighten up a dull kitchen

From the first meeting with the rep who explained everything, through the selecting and delivery, to the final fitting everything was explained and carried out very professionally. All arranged dates were met and they even arranged a collection of the old fittings that were replaced. Excellent service.

We got our kitchen worktops, sparkly quartz overlays, from Quitops and could not be happier. Since the first quotation visit with Bob, following the templating surveyor visit with Piotr, and then having Artur and Andy installing them. Leaving everything nicely fitted and tidy after their work. Mel the account manager was also very good in keeping us updated throughout the process. It took a month from first visit to installation. 100% recommended. Thank you!!

Great service, from start to finish ! Communication was amazing, we had a small issue with the worktop fit initially . It had some cracks at the joints ( probably from the factory) but .. after reporting the issue, they came 2 days later to rectify it !! Great company, so in love with my worktops 😊

All done in one day. Professional work. We were delighted it total transformed the look of the kitchen. All rubbish was picked up and took away.
I recently had worktops installed and I am happy with the product itself. I’ve been left disappointed with the service hence the lower rating. After initially measuring up incorrectly and only being picked up by the first installer this lead to a further delay of 2 weeks. I was offered 2 complimentary quartz chopping boards because of the error. When the new piece was delivered the boards weren’t included. The new fitters arrived and installed well however they left an unacceptable mess where they had been cutting the pieces. I was also left with a 2 metre off cut of wood which I have no way of transporting due to its size. After writing to QuickTops via their website I have heard nothing about the complimentary chopping boards or the mess/excess left behind. This product could be excellent if the service matched it. Edit - after a few weeks QuickTops did respond and were very apologetic and confirmed the mess was unacceptable. They provided the chopping boards. Therefore changed 3 star review to 4 as they were let down by the installer
The confusion on confirming a date was really frustrating, but the day eventually came yesterday and today and the fitter Wayne arrived. His skills and workmanship was every bit 5 star and I cannot thank him enough for the care and respect he showed both to me and my kitchen. He certainly went the extra mile and the finished product is stunning. Thank you Wayne.
